INGREDIENTS

2 oz The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Cherry Syrup
Dash Orange Bitters
Garnish Cherry
RECIPE

01 Gather the ingredients and add into a mixing glass with ice.
02 Stir for approximately two minutes, until the liquid is colder than the ice cubes.
03 Pause for a minute or so, to let the drink settle and “water”, allowing the drink components to integrate.
04 Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
05 Garnish with a cherry and serve.
